Ranking Methodology

Formula:

The ranking uses an adjusted score taking into account the number of respondents. The smaller a bank's sample size, the closer its score is pulled toward the market average to mitigate the impact of small samples.

Adjusted score = (n / (n + 20)) × bank score + (20 / (n + 20)) × market average

n = number of unique respondents for the bank and the relevant service.

Banks with fewer than 5 respondents are excluded from the ranking.
